- 20 % /fourth installment/ when the complex reaches roof level 
- 10 % /fifth installment/ when the window joinery is being installed 
- 10 % /sixth installment/ when the complex is completed 
- 10 % /seventh installment/ is paid on receiving of Act 16 (permission to use), at which point the ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer

Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
