Eurobuilding Engineering Ltd is a highly dynamic building company with a realistic vision that extends beyond simply supplying property to facilitate demand.  With an ever expanding portfolio of completed off-plan business and residential developments, we have the experience to know what the customer wants. An extensive local knowledge of our region allows us to identify the niche market in terms of property development, whether that is specific locations, type of property or cost.  We have realised that to be successful in business, you have to be leading the market, not following it!
Eurobuilding Engineering Ltd was founded in Burgas by a group of specialists with extensive experience in construction building: urban, industrial and holiday resorts alike. The Company is headquartered in Burgas, with company offices opening across the country and Europe.

Profile
A forward looking director with a vision to develop the business and residential sectors of the city of Burgas and the region.  To provide property projects in select resort areas that fill new niches and avoid areas of over development. Educated to degree level at the Burgas Free University,(specialising in construction and finance) Georgi has worked on major projects in the United States and Turkey. His passion for the construction industry led him to start his own construction and building company, which is now recognised as one of the fastest growing companies of its type in the whole region.

With a 300 strong team we need effective management.  Our management team has been sourced both internally and externally, providing a balance of experience and expertise that is essential when managing a team of this size.

As a forward looking company, the director of Eurobuilding Engineering Ltd has had the foresight to recruit key staff and managers that possess the ability to communicate in a second language.  The predominant second language among the Bulgarian staff being English, followed by Russian. Where it has been deemed necessary for the future development of the company, particularly in Sales, the management staff have English as their first language.

 Eurobuilding Engineering Ltd has profiled itself into servicing not only foreign customers, but also the local Bulgarian market. The Company is proud to announce completed projects for investors from England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Russia, Spain, Japan, Germany, France and of course, Bulgaria!
Our customers may be large investors, looking to invest in major development projects, or smaller investors looking to purchase an individual apartment or house.

WHAT DO WE CONSIDER WHEN SELECTING PROJECTS?
The age old mantra of Location, Location, Location!  Without the right location it doesn’t matter how fantastic the property is, it will always be missing the essential element required to make it a truly wise investment!  With this in mind, Eurobuilding Engineering Ltd always selects property or land that offers (or is very likely to offer!) one of the following:

• favourable geographic elements
• Close to essential amenities & facilities
• communications
• infrastructure
• proven social life in the community
• available attractions: spa centers, bars, sports and social, casinos, restaurants, centers of Bulgarian historic and cultural heritage

All of the above are prerequisites of an excellent investment in property. We do realize that most real estate purchases in Bulgaria are made solely for the purpose of future profits. According to our observations only some 10% of all recent purchases are utilized for permanent living in, and we fully comprehend and take this reality into account. That is why all our products are designed and built with a great potential for renting out and/or reselling.

In Bulgaria the warranties in the building industry are defined by law, therefore, Eurobuilding Engineering Lt. strictly abides by the legal stipulations. For each project the Company hires an independent building supervisor who represents the investors’ interest. In distinct cases the Company offers warranties on its own, independent on, and exceeding, the warranties provided by the law. We firmly believe that the good quality of our work is the reason for our past success and a warrant for our future: we want to, and we do, see our customers back.
