Whether you are a small or a large investor we can provide advice on what is feasible based on your budget. It is at the consultation stage of any project that Eurobuilding Engineering and the client determine what can be realistically achieved based on the funds available. When determining your budget we must consider the following: 1/ land 2/ Regulation 3/ Architects drawings and designs 4/ Building materials (we will advise you on the cost of building materials) 5/ Price per square metre (determined at initial consultation) Although much of the project work and fees will be fixed and contractual at the start, flexibility does exist in some of our projects. Should your budget increase during the construction, then it may be possible to use these additional funds to create additional elements or change the use of construction materials. Likewise, you may find that your budget is tighter than initially planned and the project may need to be scaled-down to accommodate this change. This may be particularly apparent when considering individual and bespoke property projects where the finished design has not been strictly determined (as with off-plan apartment projects).
